bl33 reserves the right to verify a user's age at the time of account creation and at any point thereafter. Account financial activity may be suspended until age verification is completed. If an account is created by providing a false age, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

4.3 Transaction Integrity

All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. Using a third party's account for transactions is strictly prohibited. bl33 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and place a hold on them if necessary.

4.4 Transaction Fees

bl33 generally does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, the payment service provider's own charges may apply, and these are entirely the user's responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bl33 offers new users a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement to claim the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

The following conditions apply when using bonus offers:

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless bl33 explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If bl33 suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Changes to Promotional Offers

bl33 reserves the right to change, limit, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. The terms of ongoing offers may be updated at any time and will be published on the bl33 website.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other users to influence outcomes.

Any user found engaging in any of the activities listed above will have their account immediately suspended or closed, and their balance may be forfeited.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure Initiated by bl33

bl33 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• The user violates these Terms.
• The user's information is found to be false or incomplete.
• Fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• At the direction of a legal authority.

8.2 Closure Initiated by the User

Users may close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any approved balance. Bonus balances and incomplete wagering will be removed from the wallet.
